Complaint Procedure
The products sold through our online store are accompanied by all legally necessary documentation, including manufacturer's warranty cards. If there is a need to file a complaint about a specific item's quality, we will fulfill all legally defined obligations for the seller, just as if you had purchased the goods in a traditional store.

Goods covered by the manufacturer's warranty are sold with the manufacturer's warranty extended to the buyer. The complaint procedure is initiated at the customer's request by completing the Product Quality Complaint Form.

If you encounter any irregularities in the process of purchasing products on the website or if you have not received the purchased product, please contact customer service at +382 69 746 032, and we will make every effort to rectify the situation and ensure that you receive the purchased product.

Right to Refund or Replacement of Goods
In the case of contract withdrawal, the consumer has the right to a refund or replacement with another product. The amount will be refunded to the buyer upon receipt of the product, and after confirming that the product has been returned undamaged and in good condition.

Right of Contract Withdrawal, Rights and Obligations of the Buyer and Seller
The law governing distance selling establishes the right of the buyer, considered a consumer (an individual purchasing a product for their personal needs, and not for professional purposes), to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day the product was delivered. When withdrawing, the buyer may or may not provide reasons for the withdrawal. The Contract Withdrawal Form/Statement becomes legally effective from the day it is sent to the merchant. In the case of contract withdrawal, the consumer has the right to a refund or replacement with another product. The price will be refunded to the buyer upon receipt of the product, and after confirming that the product is undamaged and in good condition. The buyer is obligated to return the product without delay, no later than 14 days from the day they sent the withdrawal form. After the expiration of the 14-day period from the day the withdrawal was sent, the product cannot be returned. When returning the goods, it is mandatory to return them in good and unused condition, in the original undamaged packaging, and include the original fiscal receipt. Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the product is in good condition and undamaged. The buyer is responsible for any malfunction or damage to the product resulting from improper handling of the product. The buyer is solely responsible for any diminished value of the product that arises as a result of handling the goods in a manner that is not necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality. If it is determined that the malfunction or damage to the product is due to the buyer's fault, the refund will be refused, and the product will be returned to the buyer at their expense. The merchant is obliged to refund the amount paid by the consumer based on the contract without delay, no later than 14 days from the day of receiving the statement of withdrawal, and after receiving the product.

Costs of Returning Goods and Money
The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods and money.
