Moment of Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you will be notified of your order status via the email you provided during the ordering process. The order is accepted by the company Petit Paris d.o.o. only after we send you an email confirmation of its acceptance.
Delivery Timeframe
The delivery period for orders is 3 working days. Orders placed on Fridays and weekends will be prepared on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
Delivery Delay
In case of delivery delay, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase, and in that case, a full refund will be provided.
Delivery Cost
We send the ordered goods to you via a courier service, and the delivery cost is 3.00 euros for all customers in Montenegro. Delivery costs are added to the product price and are indicated during the ordering process on the website, depending on the region from which the order is placed. In the event of product exchange, the customer bears the return shipping costs. We may split your order during delivery depending on the availability and stock of items (which may be in another store or warehouse in a different city). This will not incur any additional costs for the customer. Delivery is also available for the following regions: Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, North Macedonia, with a minimum cost of 10 EUR, depending on the package's weight, and will be calculated during purchase.
Delivery Procedure
The shipment will arrive at the address between 08:00 and 20:00. It is necessary for someone to be available at the address during that time to receive the shipment. The courier will attempt delivery twice. If the courier cannot find you at the address, they will call the phone number you provided when placing the order to arrange a new delivery time. If the courier cannot find you on the second attempt, the shipment will be returned to our premises.
When receiving the shipment, it is necessary to visually inspect the package for any visible damages. If you notice significant damage to the shipping box and suspect that the product may be damaged, you have the right to refuse the acceptance of the shipment and immediately notify us by calling +382 69 746 032 or emailing anne@petitparisclothing.com. If the shipment appears undamaged, feel free to accept the delivery and sign the waybill for the courier.
Payment
There are two payment methods. The first method: Payment for ordered products is made upon delivery, in cash, to the person delivering the products. The second method: Secure payment with payment cards is available through NLB Bank. For residents of Montenegro, additional verification may be required for card payments depending on your bank.
